Q: What does your job position entail?
My name is Emma, and I am Tsurumi's receptionist here at our Utah office. And I've been at Tsurumi for about two years.
Q: What does customer experience mean to you?
I think what makes me well-suited for this role is my ability to hop around where I'm needed. I help our accounting team and sales department. I am also the first point of contact when our customers call in, they get to speak with a person, rather than just an operator.
Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work, I really love running, that's something I've just gotten into. I don't think anyone who runs likes it, but I do run. I like hanging out with my friends on the weekends and then spending time with my family.
