Q: What does your job position entail?
I've been with Tsurumi for about three years now, and I'm an Inside Sales Representative. I used to work in a contact center, which helped me understand customers’ needs and how to respond to people on time and make sure all their needs are met.
Q: What does a good customer experience mean to you?
A typical call is usually to stock on our inventory, or questions such as what pump might fit the application, or the status of an order that a customer placed. I try to ensure that I have all the information up front. If I don't, I usually turn to other people on my team that might know that answer.
Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
My family and I are very outdoorsy, so we like to go camping, boating or wheeling. We like to make memories out in the wild!
