With a new look and updated design, Tsurumi America launched a new corporate website that is designed to better serve customers. The simplistic design combined their informational site and online store into one website aimed to better serve the market
“We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website,” said Glenn Wieczorek, managing director of Tsurumi. “Our new advanced features allowed us to streamline our site to cater to our clientele.”
The site’s improved capabilities include a live chat feature for customers to contact Tsurumi’s inside sales team, making them even more accessible to their customers in a timely manner.
Tsurumi updated the search capabilities on the site as well, enabling customers to search for a particular pump based on one of four criteria including, the type of pump, the flow (gallons per minute), the required pressure (feet) and the discharge size (inches). This is one of the critical new main features as it allows customers to save valuable time finding the right pump for the application.
All technical drawings and specifications are now included in the product details and no longer have to be requested. This includes dimensional drawings, sectional drawings, product literature and performance curves.
Tsurumi also incorporated other exciting new featurues such as a press section with the latest news and updates on products and initiatives, making it easier for everyone to stay up-to-date on Tsurumi.
Another significant upgrade to the site is a video section that offers current product videos, allowing users to see a visual demonstration of various Tsurumi products.
“We continue to ensure a seemless process for all users and make it easier for customers to find pumping solutions that meet their needs,” said Wieczorek. “We feel the new website helps to achieve this goal.”
