TRN Product Catalog

TRN Series
The TRN Series is an all-in-one submersible aeration and mixing, self-aspirating system designed to provide oxygen transfer and turbine style radial mixing. It excels in the treatment of high strength wastewater for robust mixing and anti-fouling by design in municipal, industrial and agricultural applications. Notable features include an anti-wicking cable entry, oil lifter, oversized bearings, triply sealed system with dynamic air barrier and all cast stainless and cast-iron construction. 1-54 HP units are available in three phase / 230-460V.

BER Series
The BER Series is a self-aspirating aerator combined with a submersible pump and a Venturi-jet diffuser for aeration and mixing. It’s jet injector mechanism allows aspirated air to mix with water while uni-directionally ejecting through the diffuser, simultaneously agitating and aerating the ponded water. This series effectively transfers mechanical energy to a singular diffuser ejecting air-water mixture over a long distance. It is ideal for municipal, industrial and agricultural applications.

MR Series
The MR Series boasts a compact direct motor mixer built to generate a powerful jet of water with minimal energy input. It was specially designed with a high efficiency propeller that prevents the entry of filaments to ensure maximum performance in aerobic or anerobic processes. Customization options include both cast iron or stainless-steel construction, guide ring functionality, and anti-vortex shroud. This series is great for anoxic mixing, stirring, dissolution, density equalization and aeration.

MMR Series
The AVANT MMR Series of submersible mixers feature an FM approved design for hazardous location use. These mixers generate strong, high flow, high thrust, even planetary gear for the highest degree of mixing, which is ideal for keeping solids suspended and preventing settling. This series was designed with premium IE3 motors, dual silicon carbide mechanical seals, and built in thermal and leakage sensors. It can operate in a wide range of conditions including municipal, industrial and agricultural applications. Models include MMR 200 (1-2 HP), MMR 300 (2-4 HP), MMR 400 (4-6 HP), and MMR 650 (5-10 HP).

FHP Series
The FHP floating decanters discharge supernatant clear water in the sedimentation tank or sludge thickening settling tanks during the final stages of wastewater treatment process. They can be used in Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBRs), aerobic tanks, and backwash water management systems. This series features a reinforced plastic float that keeps the pump at the surface level and an anti-sludge sensor that identifies sludge around the vicinity of pump's suction.

FSP Series
The FSP floating scum skimmer efficiently removes anything floating such as foam, algae, and fog in wastewater treatment process. It consists of a submersible pump, jet-injector mechanism, and three floats. Boasting a jet-injector mechanism, the FSP Series ensures stable suction operation even if water, air and scum are drawn simultaneously. It offers an adjustable suction mouth (0 to 60 mm) for efficient suck scum with minimal amount of water.

The KE Series is an automatic front screen bar screen designed with two or more rakes to mechanically remove solids in pre-treatment process of wastewater. It is constructed of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. This series is suitable for use in in waterways with varying water levels.

KS Series
The KS Series is an automatic front screen bar screen designed with two or more rakes to mechanically remove solids in pre-treatment process of wastewater. It is constructed of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. This series is suitable for use in in waterways with varying water levels. The KS Series is equipped with an eccentric roll mechanism that prevents retraction and clogging of the screen bar front edge caused by residue.

KW Series
The KW Series is an automatic front screen bar screen designed with two or more rakes to mechanically remove solids in pre-treatment process of wastewater. It is constructed of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. This series is suitable for use in in waterways with varying water levels. The screens incorporate a safety device to stop the gear motor immediately in the event of abnormal operation.

KM Series
The KM Series is a rear screen type automatic bar screen designed with one to two rakes to remove solids in pre-treatment process of wastewater. It is constructed of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. It features an innovative dry chain mechanism that allows the chain or sprocket to avoid contact with liquid. The KM Series is suitable for use in in waterways with constant water levels.
Dehydrators

JD Series
The JD Series features organic sludge multi-disc dehydrator consisting of resin and stainless steel discs. It utilizes both gravity filtration and compression dehydration systems. The dehydrator can be used for high concentrations of sludge as well as oily sludge or DAF froth. The unit is clog proof and can be used continuously as the filtration surface consists of a multiplicity of self-cleaning capable discs, and never clogs.

MD Series
The MD Series is a multi-disc screw press dehydrator that utilizes both gravity filtration and compression dehydration systems. The dehydrator can be used for excess sludge as well as oily sludge or DAF froth. The unit is clog proof as the movable discs are in contact with the outer periphery of the rotating screw.
