Shipping Policy

We ship all orders placed on the website greater than $50 FREE anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Parts and accessories often do not meet the $50 freight threshold and therefore will ship separately with standard shipping rates applied to orders that do not qualify for free freight.

There are a few zip codes within the contiguous 48 states that are in unique remote areas such as an island, on top of a mountain, etc. We will still be able to ship to you; however, you may be charged a “Remote Area Surcharge” which will be determined based on your location.

For shipping to Alaska / Hawaii, we do NOT accept orders online, please call us at 888-878-7864 so that we could provide contact information of our local distributor(s) to place your order. 

We do NOT ship internationally, including Mexico, Canada, and Puerto Rico.  

Products weighing more than 100lbs. may be shipped via semi-truck (also known as LTL truck). If shipped by this method, it will require equipment to offload the truck. If you do not have access to a shipping dock or a forklift, we strongly suggest ordering “Lift Gate Service” ($175.00*) to safely unload the shipment. (* Lift Gate Service fee subject to change without notice by carrier)
