The BN Series  features Tsurumi’s unique Heart-shaped Suction Cover and semi-open channel impeller with an extended rotating guide. This design crushes and shreds solids and fibrous materials more effectively than conventional cutter pumps, while improving cutting performance and preventing clogging. It ensures smooth waste transfer and delivers reliable, high-efficiency operation.

1. ANTI-WICKING CABLE ENTRY: Prevents water from entering the
   motor through the cable, protecting the motor from moisture and
   condensation.
2. MOTOR PROTECTOR: Built-in thermal protection automatically
   shuts off the motor during overheating or overload conditions to
   help prevent damage
3. DUAL INSIDE MECHANICAL SEALS WITH SILICON CARBIDE FACES:
   Oil-lubricated dual mechanical seals with silicon carbide faces
   provide exceptional resistance to wear, heat, and corrosion for
   longer seal life
4. OIL LIFTER: Tsurumi’s exclusive Oil Lifter continuously lubricates
   and cools the seal faces, extending seal life even at low oil levels.
5. OIL SEAL: Acts as a dust seal to protect the mechanical seals
   from abrasive particles and contaminants
6. BACK PULL-OUT DESIGN: Allows the motor and impeller assembly
   to be removed without disconnecting the pump casing, simplifying
   maintenance and inspection.
7. AIR RELEASE VALVE: Automatically releases trapped air to prevent
   air lock and maintain reliable pump operation.
