Q: Tell us about yourself
My name is Ashleigh Johnson and I'm a municipal engineer. I work for Tsurumi Pump in the municipal sewage, water, and waste group.
I specialized in engineered pump systems, and it's given me a deep understanding of pump designs and their applications.
I studied mechanical engineering, so therefore I have a strong background in the theoretical and practical aspects of pump technology.
Q: What does customer experience mean to you?
I hope to add value and ensure that the customer feels supported through the entire process, not just delivering the right product, but also having them understand their challenges and offering an engineered solution.
Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work, I really enjoy the outdoors; I really enjoy being in sunshine as well as running. I like to hike and play with my dogs.
