Tsurumi's Utah Warehouse Manager, Troy Cushing, ensures that orders are prepared and operations are running smoothly.
Q: Tell us about yourself
I am the Warehouse Manager in the Utah location at Tsurumi. I've been with Tsurumi for a little over 17 wonderful years now. I oversee the shipping and receiving as well as the warehouse employees.
I've had a lot of experience in warehousing. As mentioned before, I've been here for 17 years with about six or seven years in the warehouse, seven years of inside sales and the last three years in a management position.
I felt everything around as far as Tsurumi goes, in terms of sales, moving the product, and knowing the product, which has been a good hands-on experience for me.
Q: What does your position entail?
When I get here in the morning, I prep all the orders by printing them for the day.
There are times where I might help with other duties, such as helping prepare for trade, emergency orders or repairs.
Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
I love the outdoors; I'm a big avid hunter and fisher. I enjoy being out with the family, camping, and spending time outdoors.
