Each MY pump is built with a high-quality cast iron housing and double silicon carbide mechanical seals to ensure long-lasting durability. With motor outputs from 2.5 to 20 HP and discharge sizes from 2 to 4 inches, the MY Series efficiently handles solid-laden wastewater while minimizing clogging. Operators can select from four impeller types, open channel, chopper, vortex, and grinder, for flexibility across site conditions.
The MQ Series: Customized for Unique Plant Needs
The AVANT MQ Series redefines performance for large scale wastewater operations while offering full customization. These submersible pumps feature IE3 premium efficiency motors for energy savings, leading to lower operational costs while maintaining the standard of dependability that Tsurumi is known for.
The MQ Series is available in both wet and dry configurations, with the dry model utilizing Tsurumi’s exclusive closed loop cooling system. This system cools the pump motor with a water-glycol mixture, without exposing it to wastewater. The MQ Series also includes FM certification for hazardous locations, anti-clogging hydraulic designs, and Molib-tech™ coating options for enhanced resistance to abrasion and cavitation.
With discharge sizes from 2 to 16 inches and motor outputs up to 215 HP, the MQ Series provides extensive configuration options, including multiple impeller and material combinations. Its' fully customizable platform is designed to adapt to site specific requirements, fluid types, and installation constraints.
