The Tsurumi LB-480A is a general dewatering pump. The LB-series is a single-phase, lightweight and compact dewatering pump. Because of its slim design, it fits in an 8" casing. Adoption of semi-vortex pump design enables it to maintain the original pump performance for an extended period even if the impeller becomes worn. The discharge direction is selectable between top and horizontal, which prevents folding or bending of the discharge hose. Automatic model is accompanied by a level control unit having timer function that eliminates malfunction caused by rough water surface.

• Auto Relay Switch: turns on when water meets the electrodes on the bottom of the relay. Once water clears the electrodes, the pump will run for exactly one minute and then shut off until water meets the electrodes again. 
• Long Lasting Performance: the urethane impeller and wear plates partnered with the dual Silicon Carbide mechanical seal faces, ensure durability, reliability, and longevity.
• Top Discharge: engineered to maximize motor cooling efficiency, enabling continuous duty operation at low levels, and extended dry-run capability.
